If you use the Ctrl +/- keys to scale an image, change to another tab then switch back, the scale factor is not preserved and firefox reverts to either scale to fit or full size depending on which mode was in effect before the custom scaling.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to an image (e.g. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/15/IPA_chart_2005.png)
2. Press the Ctrl + key a few times to increase the image size
3. Open and switch to a new tab (about:blank or any page will do)
4. Switch back to the image tab
5. Click on the image to make the image full size
6. Press the Ctrl - key a few times to decrease the image size
7. Switch back to the other tab
8. Switch back to the image tab

Actual Results:
At step 4, the image gets restored to the shrink to fit size after briefly being shown in its scaled size.

At step 8, the image gets restored to the full size after briefly being shown in its scaled size.

Expected Results:
At step 4 and 8, the image should be at the last scaled to size.
