I had 6 new messages, and those messages weren't deleted from the server after
they had been downloaded to Local Folders, so every time I started Mozilla I got
duplicate messages. So I changed the preference to delete them immediately. It
was only marking them as deleted.

IMAP or POP? Could you please list the steps to reproduce this problem,
starting with setting up the account and ending with the undesireable results
and then explain what the desired outcome is. Thanks.

It is an IMAP server.
I tested it again. Changed the delete mode to "Mark it as deleted", restarted
Mozilla, and the messages are downloaded again repeatedly. Mozilla should not
download messages marked as deleted. Have to change it back to "Move to trash".

Reporter is this still a problem on the latest dailies?

Marking as INVALID due to lack of reponse. Reopen if this is still a problem in
the latest nightlies.

I couldn't reproduce this problem by using 01-22-08-Mtrunk build.
Please provide setting and steps info to reproduce this problem and reopen this
bug if problem is still occurring for the current build. Marking as verified.
