Cannot close Fennec when right slide menu is on focus, but can close if left slide menu is on screen (tabs menu). 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Fennec
2.Slide screen to the right
3.A menu should pop containing "Bookmarks" (Star), "Back&Forward" button, "Options"
Menu. 
4.Close Fennec by tapping "X" on top right of screen
Actual Results:  
Fennec should close. 

Expected Results:  
Fennec doesn't close. Tapping "X" when slide menu is focused does not trigger any
button action/event. 

Note: If this behavior is considered normal, then "X" button should be grayed out or hidden when right slide menu is on focus.
