When installing a theme/persona a confirmation dialog pops under recently opened toolbar in browser Menu. The timing of the applet is too short, as user can't always confirm installation. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/217058
2.Install featured persona
3.Inspect the confirmation dialog popped underneath location bar.
Actual Results:  
The applet stays active for short time, then it hides and becomes unreachable.  

Expected Results:  
Either the persona is installed or applet should not disappear until user confirms installation.   

Tested on win 7(32-b)-build id: 20100714040818

I think the only thing we can do about this is increase the timeout for it to hide the notification.

The notification bar doesn't actually disappear as long as you stay on the page, otherwise only after 20 seconds...

Confirmed with Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100718 Minefield/4.0b2pre

Steps:
1. Open the preferences window and select the security tab
2. Click the first exceptions button
3. Remove getpersonas.com from the whitelist
4. Open http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/217058
5. Try to install the Personas

After step 5 the notification bar disappears after about 1 or 2 seconds.

Reproducible all the time with the mentioned steps in comment 3 and a fresh profile for the above mentioned build.

The getpersonas site is triggering a page reload which is causing the notification to go away, we could force it to persist for a minimum amount of time I guess.
