clear up buildbotcustom on pm02

Currently we have pm02 try-trunk-master and pm02 moz2-master both using /tools/buildbotcustom/buildbotcustom for their buildbot master instances, except try-trunk-master is on the buildbot-0.8.0 branch, and moz2-master is on the default branch.
We need to either:
1) restart try-trunk-master with a PYTHONPATH of /tools/buildbotcustom-0.8.0, or
2) restart pm02 moz2-master with a PYTHONPATH of [a newly created] /tools/buildbotcustom-default
Should require a downtime.

putting this at p3 and as [buildduty] so that next week's build sheriff can fix this during the downtime.

I restarted both masters.
moz2-master uses /tools/buildbotcustom/buildbotcustom
try-trunk-master uses /tools/buildbotcustom-0.8.0/buildbotcustom
