Right clicking results in a context menu with transparent background, because <popup> is gone from toolkit now. Compare SeaMonkey bug 578876 and bug 578440.
I don't understand why we need all these extra bugs, when they're basically just dupes of the popup/menupopup issue.

Duping this to bug 578775. Bug 578440 and bug 578876 are SeaMonkey bugs and are inter-related, 578876 depends on 578440 but since SeaMonkey also ships with Venkman, Chatzilla, and DOMi, 578876 also depends on these.
