Currently on trunk, if one were to set the browser window to be maximized by hitting the Mac OSX green + button, the browser window draws a horizontal line above the toolbar and below the system window controls. See screenshot Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100716 Minefield/4.0b2pre
Minimizing the browser window to the dock and restoring the browser window from the dock eliminates this visual issue.

Same line is visible when opening the preferences pane in Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100716 Minefield/4.0b2pre

The symptom of the problem occurs similarly even when 'HELP of the menu' and 'Menu extra' are chosen from the state of a front selection of the window of Firefox.
Most likely a result of bug 564991 or as a result of a bug caused by bug 573412
This should be fixed by the patch in bug 579250.
