subsquent downloads of same-named files results in download manager links that are incorrect.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. download original file gold.pdf
2. download new file gold.pdf (auto named gold-2.pdf)
3. click link in manager which says gold.pdf, opening original file
4. shoot self
Actual Results:
stale file is linked from download manager. manager essentially shows wrong filename and link i.e. to gold.pdf. it should link to the auto-renamed file i.e. gold-2.pdf
Expected Results:
wanted newly downloaded file to be opened. when files are auto-renamed by download manager, the download manager filename display and link need to be updated.
when I click the download manager link it opens the original from May24, not the one it just downloaded 'today'.
