When I visit Mossop's push on the Firefox 3.6 tree I see both: http://www.webwizardry.net/~timeless/tbpl-missing-red.png http://www.webwizardry.net/~timeless/tbpl-disappearing-red.png Timeless says he sees the red and then it disappears. No idea how to debug this, but filing anyways.
The screenshots are not at all helpful. At least I see that you are using the history feature. I guess this has something to do with the time range of the tinderbox data, so the runs are newer and disappear when going back in time.
Probably fixed by bug 566870, if i understood the problem correctly.
