History still displayed on client B if removed from client A using "Forget about this site" option and not "Delete this page".

Steps to Reproduce:
Environment:

Client A: Win XP SP3, (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100718 Minefield/4.0b2pre)
Client B: Mac 10.6 , (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100718 Minefield/4.0b2pre)
Firefox Sync: 1.4.1 

Prerequisites: 
Two machines (client A and Client B) already setup on the same Weave account. For each client; Sync Preferences > Browser Sync > Minefield Will: is set to "Sync Everything" and "Merge sync data with sync data" for Manage Account-> Reset sync

1. On Client A, visit cnn.com.
2. Open in new tabs some links found in this page.
3. Open View->Sidebar->History.
4. Context click on "cnn.com" entry and select "Forget About this site" option and sync. 
5. Sync Client B.


Actual Results:  
Sites removed from History on Client A, still available on client B.

Expected Results:  
Removed history from Client A is removed on Client B as well.


Sites are not displayed in the History on Client B if on client A they were removed via "Delete this page" menu option
