When using the default profile to open firefox, bookmarks sidebar appears abnormal, specifically with an effect of blur added to the text (see screenshot)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open firefox with default profile 
Start -> Run -> firefox -no-remote -P default
2.Perform CTRL + B to open the Bookmarks menu from sidebar
3.Open another profile of your choice and repeat step 2
4.Inspect UI of both Sidebars in both profiles  
Actual Results:  
Bookmarks Manager in sidebar appears blurry

Expected Results:  
Both UI of Bookmarks sidebar should look the same for both profiles.
