The copy code tries to detect if all the visible elements of a container are 
selected, and if so, it copies the container as well.  It isn't smart about 
trailing <br>s in a block element, though.  A single trailing <br> in a block 
will not cause any visible behavior, so copy should still grab the container if 
everything except a trailing block <br> is selected.
