We thought the Sync UI would land in Firefox 4.0b2, so we declared
overlay_firefox_maxver := 4.0b2pre
in the add-on. Alas the UI hasn't landed yet, so we should bump this to 4.0b3pre so that the add-on UI continues to work with nightlies.
