The top of the Windows themes breaks when applying a persona against Fx4beta2 builds.   This includes the close and minimize bar.   

I say blocking, as the only way you can close the browser is through force quit through context menu on toolbar.

Repro:
1) install Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b2) Gecko/20100720 Firefox/4.0b2
2) apply a persona to the windows theme (e. Summercrane - http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/251406)
3) Verify top of the browser gets clipped off, including the min/close menu

Expected;
- doesnt break the top of the browser

Kind of surprised that I can't find a bug on this, given that we've known about it for a while.

Let me add that Menu Bar is unchecked.   but yes, if you find the dupe bug, dupe away.
