Thanks for pursuing cleaning up these old entries!

For context, Ludovic created the bug while an employee of Mozilla Messaging during the creation of the ISPDB. We were/are able to retrieve logs from the ISPDB server to see what domains are being requested and summarize them to see what domains are popular and missing. It's possible this was the source of the request, or that some other top ISP list was consulted. Either way, it's unlikely Ludovic will be able to help out further with this entry, so I'm going to clear the needinfo on this bug and any others.

For bugs like this, there are probably two ways we can handle them:
- Mark them as RESOLVED INVALID since they're not immediately actionable and if a user of the domain does want us to add it, they can just file a new bug. For bugs where we've done investigation work that's still relevant, it's probably preferable to leave the bug open so it's easier to find if someone files a dupe of the request, etc.
- Leave them open in case someone wants to do the research work.

Since you're really the only person doing any investigation work these days (although other people have helped in the past!), we can probably go with your preference.

I would go with INVALID because someone else will most likely post a new bug and it will clear out the old bugs.
