It’s not possible to contol playback (play/pause) by using the multimedia keys on a keyboard.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play Ogg file
2. Press Play/Pause on keyboard
Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
Playback should be paused/resumed
Moving to core, I think this bug will get more attention there. Do you know which Windows APIs are used to detect these multimedia keyboard events?
