Found in Gecko/20100720 Minefield/4.0b2pre using Win7.
1) Select a folder in the bookmarks toolbar
2) Select a bookmark to load
3) Allow the bookmark to load
4) Select the same folder in the bookmarks toolbar
Expected behavior: mouseover state from the previously selected bookmark should be cleared
Actual behavior: mouseover state persists
Inconsistently can occur with multiple selected bookmarks within the same folder as well (that is, repeat steps 1-4 with a different bookmark and now you have two bookmark items with persistent mouseover state).
