Minefield could not install teh search plugin from " https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/downloads/file/54407/bing-20090601.xml?confirmed=1" because an engine with the same name already exists

Check your screenshot. Bing is already installed and even the selected search engine. You cannot install it a second time. That's also what the error dialog tries to explain.
