After doing the step to reproduce :
* Minimize, Maximize/Restore Down and Close buttons disappear
* Tab bar and title bar become black
This is the same effect of bugs 518748, 581811, 574833
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go the ref URL
2. Scroll down and up the "NEWS"
3. Point the mouse on tab list button

None of the bugs mentioned in comment 0 are related to this issue. The problem is that full page flash objects are showing up in the aero frame.
Summary: Pointing on tab list in Firefox caused Minimize, Maximize/Restore Down and Close buttons to disappear, and tab bar and title bar to be black → Full window flash objects scroll into the areo window edge
