Installed firefox-4.0b3pre.en-US.win32.installer.exe .  Tab Candy is not there.  Found Bug 581791, which implied that Autopmatic Updates may be the culprit.  Re-downloaded and re-installed, but still no Tab Candy.

Reproducible: Always
The standard nightly builds do not contain tab candy - only the special tryserver build, which is normally only used by developers. But if you upgrade that one, then you get a new nightly build, without tab candy.
