Uninstalling a restartless add-on from the add-ons manager will not show it as uninstalling in a second add-ons manager

Since bug 553494: If you have two copies of the add-ons manager open and click remove in one the other will just show the add-on get disabled. When you close the first manager the add-ons will disappear from the second as it gets uninstalled at that point. This is fixable either by making the undo support for restartless add-ons entirely API based or by adding some means of passing this kind of data between add-on manager instances.

This appears to have been fixed by 612168, leaving it open for now until we can get a test in place to verify that it is fixed and that it doesn't regress.
