Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a new empty tab 2. Make it active 3. Use menu item Tools->Add-ons Actual Results: Add-ons Manager is open in a new tab. Expected Results: Add-ons manager should use active empty tab like any other bookmark does.
