Details
The inspector should have rulers visible onscreen indicating the dimensions of the browser area. They should follow the zoom level of the browser to always show correct measurements. The highlighter area should also display guides lining up the selected node with the rulers for easier measurement.

Would still be nice to have. Recent versions of the Chrome Developer Tools have onscreen rulers in the content area.
