58321 - Cannot drag and drop bookmarks separators in Sidebar

When you try to drag and drop the last item if it is Imported IE Favorites, it
doesn't work.

Also, when a folder is open, and you drag a bookmark inside the folder back into
the folder, it disappears temporarily.

Also, you cannot drag or drop seperators.

1) D&D IE imported bookmarks : yes, but it has been filed in another bug, I
can't find it anymore, someone please find it.
2) Drag a bookmark back into its own folder, bookmarks disappears : worksforme.
3) Can't drag and drop separators : Confirmed.
So here's what I'm doing : Updating summary to only reflect part 3.
Confirming part 3.
Please file a new bug, (check for a dup first) per issue, not multiple issues
per bug, thanx.

Turns out it is a dup. The first one will be fixed with Ben's checkin for the
new bookmark window. The second one still works for me.
