According to the Questions PRD and testcase #11896 the logged in user display should show the full user name not the username [ie: John Doe vs. UserTestName] I know this is a minor issue, so let me know if the test case needs to be updated to the way it was implemented.
There is no "Real Name" field yet. For now, you should update the test case. We'll reexamine in 2.4.
