During the AAQ flow, the user question confirmation email does not escape characters. 1) AAQ> ask 'testing "quote" marks in my question/ 2) open confirmation email expected: "quote" actual: Please confirm your question (testing "quote" marks in my question) at the link below: https://support-stage.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/202/confirm/ZjOTryJALU
