For whatever reason, scrolling on the site linked turns Aero Toolbars black. I think it has something to do with Retained Layers and the gigantic Flash header. Hovering over a toolbar item can temporarily remove the black section.
Reproducible: Always

1. Visit the site linked
2. Scroll the page
