Details
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
STR
0 have master password, and saved passwords for bmo (2 accounts in my case)
1 have multiple bmo pages open where you are logged on
2 close ff
3 reopen ff
Actual result
- ff pops up another master password dialogue for each page where you were logged on, i. e. you are getting multiple master passwords prompts
- you cannot do anything with ff until having confirmed or cancelled all master password dialogues (very confusing as many users might think why is it asking me the master password again)
- user gets really annoyed and says bad things about ff which he shouldn't!
Expected result
- never fire more than 1 instance of master password input dialogue
- probably do not fire the dialogue at all unless current page needs the master password (right now it even fires when the current page doesn't need the master pw)
- consider making mpw dialogue non-modal, or even just a flat bar on top of page
There are a lot of bugs about the master password... couldn't find one which says exactly this, plain and simple.
Can anyone confirm this bug?
