This needs a test case; following that XPConnect just needs to detect this case and make a string ID.

The change needs to be made in jssrc/xpconnect/loader/mozJSComponentLoader.cpp and mozJSSubScriptLoader.cpp.

Per mrbkap, chrome workers are already doing the right thing.
