Should display Error when Compose new message for sending to the wrong 
newsgroup address

1) Compose message to include email address & newsgroup address (ex: 
email:[e-mail] & newsgroup: netscape.test)
2) After type in the recipient newsgroup address, the next field will still 
default to newsgroup recipient
3) Without paying attention that the field is default to newsgroup recipient and 
still add another email recipient(ex: [e-mail]) and send this new 
message.
Actual Results: The message still send without an error displaying that that is 
not a valid newsgoup

Expected results: Should display an error to warn users that is not a valid 
newsgoup
