Tested on the Mac with MN6-Gecko/20001027.
I started to use Moz for my daily work (flame me) like email and bug processing.
After a little bit of use, let's say half an hour or so, I started to see the
images used in UI elements disappear. For instance:
- The Mozilla throbber fixed image is there but the animation while loading a
page is gone. We have a gray square instead.
- The OK button on all the dialogs has no border. You just see "OK" on a
slightly darkker background.
- The popup menus don't show at all or just partially. You can have the left
and right rounded corners of the popup but the lines in between are not there.
- The unselected radio-buttons are gone.
It can go on and off. The OK button and popup menus went on and off several
times. The radio-button went off, then back on and I can't reproduce it again.
The throbber went off and never came back.

CCd lchiang because it is an important problem.
Oh, and now it affects the toolbars and the main windows too! In the Compose
window, the entire addressing area is empty except for chunks of the "To:" popup
menu. In the Browser window, I'm beginning to lose the Back/Forward buttons.

Yes, this is important and I have seen it too. It is specific to Mac and is
believed to be a memory issue -- bug 57835.
