Title bar disappeared when I hide the Menu Bar by right clicking on the header, also the Windows standard Min/Max/Close buttons are not seen. Hence not able to close using window close option.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on the header, near the "New Tab" button.
2.Uncheck the "Menu Bar" option.
3.Title bar and windows standard Min/Max/Close buttons not seen.
Actual Results:  
The title bar and windows Min/Max/Close buttons are disappeared.

Expected Results:  
The title bar and windows Min/Max/Close buttons should remain.
