Foreign content gets painted over near the beginning of another content being scrolled. I see this using the "Classic" view of the MSDN Library site, scrolling either the main content or the table of contents pane:

In this case content from the header above is seen painted in the background of the scrolled content. The foreign content disappears immediately when the scrolling is stopped.

It appears the problem is not seen with today's nightly:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100920 Firefox/4.0b7pre
I haven't actually tested if any previous build has fixed it, already.
