The language of the email scheduling (sending out invitations) should be configurable. Although the invitation format itself is standardized, the subject (and I guess also the body) is sent in the language of the installed Thunderbird instance. It would be helpful to have it in English, so people without an iTIP/iMIP client can understand it as well.
