585606 - Electrolysis blocks Fennec builds on all platforms

Behavior: 

Browser starts with about:home. After that, it becomes inaccessible. 
This is an electrolysis problem, since modifying boolean "browser.tabs.remote" to false fixes the problem but disables electrolysis. 

To access about:config, be sure to stop the about:home before it loads completely, the focus the location bar and type about:config.

In my debug build (on linux desktop) I see "browser.messageManager is null" errors.

It happened only for timestamp 20100809. The other builds were fine, I ran Bfts against Android device early in the morning

This is a regression from bug 584864. Backing it out allows IPC web pages to
load.

Pages are working again on the 11:16am Aug 9th hourly build.
