We have to figure out if this is real or a measure shift with Ts Shutdown. There was an incredible 30% increase on Linux.

I think we reduced this as far as possible. creating the wal can still be a bit costly on some platform, we will file other Ts bugs as soon as we find interesting improvements we can do.
