585827 - Restore read-only location bar test-case invalid

The above testcases refer to a dead test-page:
https://litmus.mozilla.org/testcase_files/firefox/7887/index.html

The purpose is to load a pop-up with a read-only location bar and restore the session.  The result should be the location bar remains read-only after restore.

This bug tracks developing a new test page which will be checked into litmus-data.

We do not need another test page for this test. The above mentioned missing test page is identical to the one we have under popups:

Ok, cool.  I didn't know that test page generated pop-ups with read-only location bars.  I'll updated the test cases to use that test page.  Thanks.

All popups should have a disabled location bar, not only this specific case.
