Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8

Note1: if there is already something in the folder, it is correctly displayed
Note2:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a web page
2. Right click on the personal bar above the tabs (barre personnelle in french)
3. Create a new folder in the personal bar
4. drag and drop the web page into the folder
Actual Results:
When you click on the new folder it is displayed as empty
If you restart Firefox, the new folder is displayed correctly

Expected Results:
I was supposed to see my bookmark in the new folder

Every thing happens in the personal tool bar just above the tabs,
In the bookmark list (CTRL B) or in the bookmark management (CTRL MAJ B), it is displayed correctly
Works for me, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; ja; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8
I made another test
In fact the problem only occurs if there is another "shortcut" on the right
as I can't clean my tool bar to make some full tests here is closer way to reproduce it
1. Go to a web page 1 on tab 1
2. Go to a web page 2 on tab 2
3. Right click on the personal bar above the tabs (barre personnelle in french)
4. Create a new folder in the personal bar
5. Drag ans drop the tab 1 in the personnal bar ( at the new folder's right)
6. Drag and drop the web page 2 into the folder
