Noticed using 10/30 N6 on WinNT 4.0 SP4. (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0;
en-US; m18) Gecko/20001030 Netscape6/6.0)
To repro:
1) create email message and choose Send Later
2) shut down N6/Moz
3) restart N6/Moz (including the mail client)
Expected: since user is restarting browser/mail and has 1+ unsent messages, Mail
should prompt the user "Send unsent messages?"
Actual: user is not prompted to send unsent messages (and may forget)
Marking 4xp and Future.

Let's merge this bug with bug 66646 "Alert to send unsent messages doesn't
popup, while browser exits.", changing summary to reflect this.
So what we want is simply an alert at exit/startup that asks the user to send
all messages in "Unsent messages" folder if there are any.
This is a very important feature for modem/dial-up users.
OS: Windows NT → All
Hardware: PC → All
Summary: if start Mail with unsent messages, Mail should prompt user "Send unsent messages?" → Mail should ask user to send unsent messages on startup/exit

Mozilla's MailNews doesn't warn the user not to be able to send unsent messages
if offline or not logged in. Maybe that option should be grayed out while not
logged in (is it worth an own bug?).
