58610 - FTP file sizes should be displayed with OS-defined Thousands Separators

While FTPing, it is very difficult to read the size of files without commas. It
would also be nice to include units like MB, K, or byte(s).

The separator will have to be locale-specific, a plain comma would make it even
less readable for non US-english readers.

Please correct the summary. "Commas" are not used in all countries (e.g.,
Germany uses periods).

Also, how about some keywords that would help better prioritize this bug?

We can't do that until bug 108689 is fixed, because the locale stuff doesn't
give me numeric formatting ATM. Once that bug is fixed, fixing this one should
hopefully be easy.

At current trunk of firefox , Directory list of file, ftp, gopher, and jar uses same source file.

It would be good to change summary and component of this bug.
