We need to have polls on the KB articles. IIRC, we are OK to start with a single poll at the end of the document. Will comment if that's not true.
Some Q&A with Cheng yields more specific requirements: Q: It sounds like, for P1, we want a single poll on each article. Is it the same poll on each? A: Yes: "Was this article helpful? Yes or No." On No, show some suggestions of other articles (unknown if this would be static or computed somehow). Q: Is it user-modifiable? A: No, but they want to be able to omit the poll from docs on a per-doc basis for things like the front page. Q: There's a brief mention of being able to view the poll results broken down by time period. Is there any more detail about what sorts of breakdowns are needed? A: % of Yesses for each day. # of Yesses & Nos each day. Q: Looking farther ahead (for schema purposes), what's the prospectus for the whole "Multiple polls per article" thing mentioned on https://wiki.mozilla.org/Support/Kitsune/KB/Priorities? Is this some kind of inline wiki syntax that inserts a poll, is it simply more than one global poll that applies to every article, or what? A: They're thinking of having this same Did-It-Help, Yes-No poll after several sections of your article so you can ask "Was this section helpful?" Each of these section polls might have different on-No actions: for example, we wouldn't send them to Live Chat if they hadn't even got halfway through the article.
This mock shows some section polls along with verbiage that makes the article suggestions a nonissue for this bug: http://people.mozilla.com/~chowse/drop/sumo/kb/v7/browsing/02_article.png

I'd love to see this as a line chart, with % of Yesses over time, but this is good enough.
That's actually what I had in mind. :-)

Right, this is just for parity with TikiWiki to have a way to see the results of the plls.
