BuildID: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b4pre) Gecko/20100813 Minefield/4.0b4pre Steps to reproduce: 1. Configure sync account. 2. Open 3 tabs in a window. Start sync, using sync icon in status bar. 3. Open a new window (same profile) and navigate to cnn.com (or any page). Sync, using sync icon in status bar, in this window. Expected results: Sync is performed after step 2 and 3. Actual results: Sync is not performed at step 3.
