Boriss can clarify, but I believe we need the following 7 (in all 4 styles) all at 32x32:

password saving/accounts
pop up blocking
image loading
geolocation
add-on installation
offline storage
cookie saving

and:

site preferences prefpane (metaphor needed)
We should use the indexedDB icon from bug 593901 when it's ready.

Right now, these are the only icons we need, although "Offline Storage" in the current about:permissions interface corresponds to indexedDB, so I guess bug 593901 would take care of that.
