I don't yet know what triggers these popunders they do not display every time but the full url always contains the domain of the originating site and starts with the above. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
If you set dom.popup_allowed_events to an empty string in about:config and this no longer happens, then it may be a dupe of bug 212163 If it still happens, more investigation is needed, possibly related to bug 369306 and others blocking bug 253831
I'll have to check its rather infrequent that I run into these. I'm going try this if it is clicking on something that triggers it than nothing to do.
