Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) If the Firefox window is resized and then closed and if that size is larger than the main display size, the next time firefox is started, the window size is restrained to be the size of the main display. This is not a problem if you are using firefox on the main displ;ay and would be the desired action but if you are using firefox on a secondary display that is larger than the main display, it is most annoying as one has to resize firefox every time it is restarted. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Main display is 1280 x 1024, secondary display is 1680 x 1050 2. Start firefox, move to secondary display, resize firefox to nearly fill display 3. Close firefox, restart 4. Firefox is positioned correctly but the size is set to the maximum display area of the main display - smaller... Actual Results: Firefox is set to no larger that the display area of the main display Expected Results: Firefox should remember the size and be constrained to be no larger than the display it is on, not the main display Firefox should remember the size and be constrained to be no larger than the display it is on, not the main display
