Is there a bug number for your work here, to know when the patient is out of the O.R.?

The root is bug #521196, specific bugs under that deal with toFixed, toPrecision, toExponential.  I won't be done this week, I've been diverted temporarily to another task.

If you have a patch post it here and assign this bug to me and I can take it from there, I guess.
