I just tried Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686 (x86_64); rv:2.0b4pre) Gecko/20100815 SeaMonkey/2.1a3 and the tooltip preview of tabs isn't working. I also tried Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686 (x86_64); rv:2.0b4pre) Gecko/20100817 SeaMonkey/2.1b1pre with a clean profile and it's also not working there. I'll try to find a regression range for that.

This is also/still happening (i.e., no tab tooltip previews) on Win 7 with the 2.1b1pre nightly trunk build from 20100904 - and does not appear sensitive to which theme is in use.
