Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Fennec
2. Type cnn.com
3. Wait until page loads or tap Stop button.
4. Tap reload button.

Expected results:
Page reloads and display content

Actual results:
Reloading seems to go on and on; activity indicator shows that the page is loading even after 2-3 minutes of waiting
I can see the same thing on yahoo.com.  reloading a site is dog slow.  

adding perf to the whiteboard so we can start tracking issues like this.   Also flagging for 2.0 triage.
