Details

The ISPDB stores the configs in a relational database. The config file XML has quite some fields, which were added because they were important, so we should keep them.

So:
- the relational DB needs field for that
- the XML importer needs to write them into the DB
- the XML exporter needs to put them in the right XML elements

Some of these already have specific bugs about it, e.g. bug 526468 and bug 526469.

This bug here is more of 1) a tracking and checking bug, to make sure we're not missing any fields 2) wildcard bug to add several trivial fields.
