58817 - Re-prompted repeatedly for proxy auth after basic auth request

I am finding I am being reprompted for my proxy authentication after I visit a
site that requires basic authentication.

Example:

1) Access the internet and am prompted for proxy authentication by Border Manager.

2) Visit technet.oracle.com and try and read some documentation.

3) I am prompted for basic authentication, which I supply.

4) Read documentation.  Repeatedly.

5) Visit non-authenticating site.

6) Prompted for proxy authentication.  Repeatedly.

7) Get frustrated.

8) Close mozilla and re-open :-)

This might be related to
	http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32335
which just landed recently.  It also makes:
	http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52616
a lot more relevant.
